Hi, Welcome to Ashanti’s house of hair. Where my mission is to make sure you have the best experience. Please Read the Policy/Procedure before booking. No kids unless being serviced. Service for kids: ages 4-8. For braiding services hair will need to be at least 3 inches long. For Braid Appointments you can come washed and dry or please schedule a “Just Wash” for your Braid Appointments (braiding hair appointments). (Hair not provided) If I provide the hair, it will be an add’l $30 deposit (non- refundable)(Wash Time not included: time listed may vary) Please consult with me if questions about hair before purchase. $30 deposit for ALL SERVICES. You have a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you will be charged a $15 late fee. Please communicate that you’re running behind. After 30 minutes, if not communicated your appointment will be cancelled. If you do communicate with me, it will be a $30 late fee. $30 deposits (booking fee) are non refundable. Human hair available for purchase including Bohemian hair. If you will like to purchase, please let me know at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy
You have up until 24 before your set appointment time. If you cancel and don’t reschedule, you will be charged a $50 fee. If your card cannot be processed for cancellation, you will be required to pay the fee before booking your next appointment.
